You are here because you were asked to click a link to force an update of your filter lists.
However it appears this did not happen automatically because the link was not hosted on an official uBO support site, which would enable the click-to-update feature of uBO (available in v1.53.0 and above). Now it should work:
Click to update your filter lists
You can manually update your filters by going to uBO's icon 🡒 the ⚙ dashboard button 🡒 the Filter lists pane 🡒 click on Purge all caches 🡒 click Update now.
